I am an AFAA certified Group Fitness Instructor and currently teach Zumba, GROWND, RIPPED and Barre at several locations in Georgia.

I also instruct classes as part of special events such as fundraisers, family functions and team buildings.

Finally, I am available to collaborate with organizations that are interested in Empowering the women that work for them.
